The team at The Bread Table comprises of Executive Baker and founder Joseph Lee who are trained at the renowned French Culinary Institute in New York and his team of bread masters. Using traditional bread making techniques and fresh natural ingredients. the team creates a wide variety of European bread, including the finest French, Italian and German bread.
We specialize in Sourdough bread that are made using a 100% natural fermentation process. Our Sourdough's are characterized by their open crumb with a soft and chewy interior and thin golden caramelized crust of intense flavor.

Sourdough Bread - White leavened sourdough with a blend of rye and whole wheat. Open Crumb with a soft and clewy interior. A thick golden caramelized crust characterizes the internse flavours. Great bread for a hearty open or closed sandwich
Multigrain Bread - Dark chewy bread from a blend of wheat and whole wheat flour. Folded with a generous amount of sesame, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds pls tasty rolled oats. A nutritous bread for sandwiches.
French Oinon Bread - White soft bread with flavourful roasted onion and herbs. Highly recommended for pairing with any meat marineted with herbs.
Wholemeal Bread - A soft and flavourful bread with blend of wheat and whole wheat flour. A good choice for any sandwicches.
Sourdough Croissant - Using our sourdough starter and two-day long fermentation process, this unique flavourful Crossiant Au Levain is crispy on the outside and has a little extra bite on the inside wuth floral after taste. Ideal to pair with Tuna melt.
